Congratulations to Nate Meseret, Abraham Yacob, and Damtew Adnew!!!

Nate WON both the 1600 and 3200m Northern Regional Championships today(Saturday), at George Mason University, in superb times of 4:23 and 9:29, respectively, both personal bests. Abe placed 3rd in the 1600m, running a personal best time of 4:33, and Damtew placed 7th in the 3200, with a personal best of 9:50! Nate and Abe will represent LHS next Saturday at the State Championships in Newport News! These three young men have represented our school with amazing pride, grace, courage, and humility! WAY TO GO "DNA!"
