Important Girls Lacrosse Information (Practice/ Try outs)

Practice will start on Monday Feb 22.  We will be having indoor practice and the team will meet at 6pm in  Room 136.  

MUST HAVE VHSL PHYSICAL  AND EMERGENCY FORM TO  PRACTICE!!!!!!!!

• 6pm to 7pm  Turn in paper work and going over  team rules and other information 
• 7pm to 9pm   practice in the main gym

Plays must have: 

• Proper clothes  
• running shoes 
• stick
• mask
• mouth guard 
• bottle of water
